Questions for the pro shop
Ask about group rates, beginner-friendly tee times, forward tees, cart availability and accessibility, dress code, and whether a meeting space is available before or after play.
Consider shorter options
Par-3 courses, executive courses, and practice facilities are often less intimidating and more affordable for mixed-skill groups.
Respect the venue
If you plan a brief devotional time, ask the course where it would be appropriate so you don't disrupt other guests.
